For admission to Medical / Dental / Ayurveda / Homoeopathy / Unani / Naturopathy / Yoga courses, have completed the age of 17 years as on 31st December of the year of the admission. Educational Qualification: For Medical / Dental / Ayurveda / Homoeopathy / Unani / Naturopathy / Yoga courses, have passed Karnataka 2nd PUC / 12th std. or equivalent exam with PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY & BIOLOGY as optional subjects with ENGLISH as one of the languages of study and obtained at least 50% marks in the PCB group. 40% in the case of SC / ST / Category-1 candidates provided that for Dental course, the candidate must have secured 50% marks in the optional subjects including English subject.
The students are selected from Karnataka-CET (http://cet.kar.nic.in/) exams-85% and All India exams-15%.50% of seats are reserved for SC, ST and OBCs. Classes commence in july
