Biophysicist
Introduction
Biophysics (also known as biological physics) is an interdisciplinary science that applies the theories and methods of physics to the questions of biology.
What do Biophysicists do?
Originally, biophysics was about creating mechanical limbs and small machines to regulate biological functions; but in present time, biophysics refers more to bio-engineering and nanotechnology. Biophysicists address the problems of biology at the molecular level like solving the protein structure, understanding the kinetics of interactions etc. Some of the fields of bio physics are Animal locomotion, Cellular biophysics, Cell membranes, Bio-energetic, Gravitational biology, Muscle and contractility etc.
