Corporate Trainer
Courses & Eligibility
To be a successful trainer one needs to be expert in the skill that one wants to impart. The skill can be learned with experience (eg technical expertise) or through education in that special field. One can also do a Diploma in training after educational/Professional course. Masters in Human resource management and additional diploma in training. For Diploma in Training and Development offered by Indian Society of Training and Development the eligibility is Graduation with minimum 2 years work experience or PG degree or Post-Graduate Degree or equivalent Diploma in Business Management, Personnel Management or any other recognized discipline. A professionally recognised qualification like BE, ME, MBBS, CAIIB, ACA, AICWA, M Ed etc. inclusive of degree level education, OR Armed Forces Officers who have successfully undergone course at NDA /IMA / OTA/ Air Force Academy / Indian Naval Academy and have a minimum of two years working experience.
Course Fee
ISTD charges Rs.25,000/- for its diploma program.
